Debra’s Cleaning is a family owned and operated company, we will always strive to put our customers and employees first. We are one of very few companies that offer full benefits for our employees.
We will usually send out 2-3 cleaners in a team to a home or office. All of the cleaners have been bonded licensed and insured to be in your home.
We are licensed, bonded and insured and carry workman’s comp so you as the client are fully protected.
In one word — yes, we take pride in having clean uniforms and clean tools to clean your business or home. We would want a dirty crew cleaning out house.
We will try to send the same cleaners each time but we can’t always guarantee it will.

You are always allowed to leave the keys with our company or leave a key for us to access your home in a hidden spot at your house. Or you are more than welcome to stay and wait for our crews to arrive.

Debra’s Cleaning gladly accepts the following forms of payment: * MasterCard * Visa * Venmo* Apple Pay*. We do not accept cash for your safety and for our crew’s safety. Payment is due at the time of service and we require a credit card on file prior to your cleaning.

The sales professional you’re speaking with will ask you to explain exactly what you need from a cleaning service. This chat will only take a few minutes and knowing these details will help us craft the perfect cleaning plan for your home. We’ll discuss topics like:

  • Square footage of your house
  • Number of rooms (bathrooms, bedrooms, offices, sun rooms, basements, etc.), along with stairwells and dens
  • Rooms that need cleaning (will we be tackling the entire house, or only the most used areas)
  • Type of flooring in your house (laminate, carpet, tile, wood)
  • Special surfaces that require unique attention (travertine, marble)
  • Overall condition of your home (how much dust is on surfaces, and is there soap scum, mold or mildew in your bathrooms)
  • Number of people and furry pets living in your house
We always encourage you to show your appreciation to your cleaning crew, tips are gladly accepted. It’s very rewarding for our crew to receive tips knowing they did a great job.
We require a 48 hours’ notice prior to the cleaning for no fee to be charged. In the event that we cannot enter your home or you fail to cancel a cleaning the full service of the cleaning will be charged to the card on file.
